| The Kearney Area Development Council acquired property for light industrial commercial development several years ago in order to maintain stable land prices in a high growth market. This property is located near the intersection of I-35 and MO-92. Phase I completely sold out in the three year period from 1999 to 2001; Phase II contains 17 acres and is now fully developed and ready for sale. Phase III contains 12-acres and Phase IV contains 20-acres and either phase can be served with minimal infrastucture extensions. The property sells for $1.65 per square foot.
